Fish waste – category 3 raw materials and MDM blocks for industry
Fish waste is a valuable by-product of processing, obtained from parts such as heads, skins, backbones, fins and other remains from filleting and scraping. These are processed in our own production in compliance with the applicable sanitary standards for category 3 products.
One form of processing these raw materials is standardized MDM blocks (mechanically deboned fish meat), which can be used in further industrial or technological processes.
