Fish waste includes valuable by-products such as heads, skins, backbones, fins and other remains from filleting or scraping. These materials are processed entirely in-house, in compliance with all standards for category 3 products.
A portion is turned into MDM blocks (mechanically deboned fish meat) – suitable for further industrial or technical processing.
