The “Salmon” category includes two product lines made entirely from our own processing: hand-scraped salmon meat and Bits & Pieces (B&P) – including cubes, blocks, and tailored industrial portions. All products are made under strict quality control to ensure consistent parameters, food safety, and efficiency.
Hand-scraped salmon is ideal for ready meals, pâtés, fillings, fish burgers or sushi. B&P products are designed for industrial food manufacturing and professional kitchens. We offer flexible packaging options and customized formats according to customer specifications.
